On A Mission For Life
We all have a mission. We all need goals in our lifetime. Yes, we all need to exercise daily. It can come nature for some. While others need a little help.
I seem not to be good at exercising daily. But about a month ago, I decided I need to. It's has been a challenge to do. I have to remind myself. I can get lazy and not do it. So, I'm on a mission of life. I'm got to stick with the program.
If I keep myself busy, I see that I can get the exercise that I need. I know that it's no wise to go to the store on an empty stomach. That's a no no. I tend to buy more than what's needed. That's no good either.
The more I tend to do what I think is right the more I will learn from what I think I'm doing wrong. In the process of doing something, I can exercise along the way.
I've been missing out on the program that I was on a month ago. I 'm doing some exercises. I tend to do more walking. More walking than I think that I couldn't do.
In the long run, If I just keep staying active. Eat the right foods and don't over do things, I think that I can make it. My mission for life will time a life time.
I need to have keep on keeping on. I need not to worry if I get off track. I just need to take one day at a time. I need to just do it daily exercise.
Thanks for reading.

Scripture:
For Christ's love compels us,
because we are convinced that one died for all,
and therefore all died.
And he died for all,
That who live should no longer live for themselves
but for him who died for them and was raised again...
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation;
the old has gone,
the new has come!
