  • Reflections On The Easter Season

We're nearing the end of the Easter Season 2013. It's been a long journey. I've been counting the days as I was on the journey. Thank God for the celebration! Jesus is risen, indeed.

As I'm going about this Easter Season, I realize some things. I was changing in the process. The rebirth of what I thought was right. I had to make some changes as I went about.

I know that I had to make some adjustment. I wasn't seeing things come in the way that I thought that they should. I prayed more and more. I was aware of how I was praying.

How prayer changes the way I think and react. I'm thankful that we have the leading of the Holy Spirit with us. I'm learning the truth about myself. It's setting me free.

The old things are fading away. The newness of life has been springing forth. We have to believe God will do what He says. It may not be the way that we want. But it will come in God's timing.

It's been a wonderful journey through the Easter Season. I believe that there are new beginnings along the way. I'm thankful that Jesus is always here in all seasons of life.

As I continue in the Easter Season, I'm seeing some surprises. God is good. I'm seeing things that make me want to know more about God. Who He is. For He is God, Almighty Creator of Heaven and Earth.

May we continue in the Easter Season.
May we celebrate the resurrection every Sunday.
    Amen.

    Thanks for reading.
    Happy Easter!
